My first though/concern: Stain and fluid appearance in brake reservoir. I can not, see reservoir well in your pictures. Nor can I tell if dirt cleaned off outside of reservoir, revealing inside appearance. But if reservoir stained inside, it is a bad sign as to health of seals.
Second, thing I look at, is for corrosion on brake control wire wire/screws under boot.
Third, how many pumps to evacuate accumulator.
Fourth, how long to charge accumulator, with battery at 12.5 volts or better. Also not if front center chamber slower than to drain (stays higher for long, then rest of fluid in reservoir)
I do also look at flexible & hard lines, if rubber caps on each bleeder, if boot on rear brake slide pin are in pace and in good condition.
How brake are pads assembled and thickness of pads.
Wheel hubs condition and bearings for tightness/runout (no play).
Rotors thickness, condition, runout and parallelism.
E-brake for proper operating.
