Well I finally bit the bullet and got a WinBlows machine JUST so that I can use the Dyno software. Ugh
I still have lots of things to figure out with it but I pulled together a comparison graph of the three trucks. Although these are not the best numbers-wise, they are the best looking as far as a graph. I'm ok with the numbers overall be a touch lower. I have yet to dyno the new turbo truck anyway.

Btw, the drops are all the dyno tech. He should have been more consistent with where he let go of the throttle. 
Are you going to dyno the new truck before the turbo to get a new baseline?
Been asked before, looking for any current thoughts: Is it recommended to replace the stock head gasket before installing this turbo system on an untouched original head gasket 1FZFE? Should any tests be done on the engine before installing the turbo?

I doubt it. I have the data I need to make me more than comfortable with the results thus far. Dyno tested post dyno is more for my own edification since its my own truck now.
I don't know what I am talking about, but if it were "me" I would go ahead and do "Failure mode preventative maintenance" before I put something onto my engine that will increase performance by this much.
I wouldn't say "Have to" or "Should" I will just say "I would".
And this guy has a kit for you so you can order both the turbo and HG at the same time

Do a compression and leakdown test, do the NAPA block tester, if all checks out, then turbo away. That's my $.02, but I'm more of a "seat of the pants" sorta guy. Answer will depend on the individual end user. FYI, I turboed my truck with 315k miles and questionable maintenance and my headgasket is still good.

Anecdotal evidence suggests you are fine either way so long as you aren't currently leaking oil or having a cooling issue.
Out of curiosity what altitude was the non FI /Run4 run at? Looks like stock HP is in the 115 range....imagine folks at altitude are closer to like 85/90hp. So the turbo essentially doubles the power.
