Looking to order a set. Best I can find is $140 each shipped through ebay. Anyone got a better line on them?

See if your local Toyota dealership has an internet parts website. If so, maybe you can put in the part number and “local pickup” for shipping option. Often times this is way cheaper than going to the parts desk.

Or go in and explain what you are building and show them pics. They won’t miss the huge markup on a set of rims. Show your dealer some online prices and see if they’ll match. I have a substantial discount at all 3 of my area dealers. They all like donuts. I also visit with part numbers so I am not wasting their time. My dad loaned his ‘69 for our dealers 50th anniversary party.

Yep. In fact, that was exactly how I found out about the online deal at my local dealership. I had part numbers and online quotes in hand. He said he was limited with what he could do at the parts counter by that dealership, but by standing there and using their website to order I could get an internet competitive prices with no shipping cost. Separate business models he explained.

I recently bought 5 new wheels and caps off of eBay. Breaks down to $130 a wheel and $30 per cap. My dealer wanted $160 per wheel. Price included shipping.

None of my local dealers have an online parts ordering setup.

I try to always support a Land Cruiser specific business for parts. After you find yourself needing a NLA OEM part, they will be the ones to bail you out.

Stock suspension 71 fj55. Anyone know if the Summit Wheels (16x7 6x5.5 with 4"backspace SKU: 12-670604) will work without rubbing? Also can I run 235/85/16? Best Guesses? I just installed wilwood disc brakes all the way around. Could I push it to a 255/85/16, or need a lift for that?
Also, I dont have a need for my original 15x5.5 with caps. They are in good shape, just dont fit with the discs now....

$93 plus shipping, but I echo @Dizzy on supporting LC specific businesses when you can.

I tired to order 5 rims. I placed the order online only to have it cancelled a few hours later with no explanation from toyotapartsdirect.com. I called my local dealer who told me there are a total of 3 rims in Canada with many on order from Japan.

Mine are scheduled to be delivered on the 25th from McGeorge toyota. Thanks again motov8r.
Tires will get delivered that same day!
