Best mod for under $100? (4 Viewers)

This was probably the first thing I did to my truck. Not much of a mod but it has been right there for 7 years now and I can't think of a better place for it. Took all of 3 minutes to do with a cordless screw gun.

I love this so much I have put one in each of my cars; in same location
They put the 2D LED Maglites on Sale at Christmas for $20. I have one by my bed and in the door of each car. They double as a club in a pinch and will blind a dog that is in your business.
I also have one on my nightstand. I even mounted one above toolbox so I always know where it is or if it's missing.
The one downside is lights are not as good on batteries as other LED lights, but still last longer than regular bulbs.
I carry a headlamp ($20 now) in my center console for 2 handed tire changes and other items.

after going thru 2 sets of sagging rear hatch struts.......i said "fawk this- off you go" and got a little carried away with the sawzall.

bonus- gas filler door never gets stuck now

Where did you get your seat heaters? I really like the small switches you have mounted on the console. I am trying to get some from Shane's web site but I have not heard back from him.
