Replaced O-ring on speedometer gear at transfer case that leaking. Also, replaced AC expansion valve. I will get AC charged this weekend.

Flushed the green coolant and replaced it with Toyota Red coolant. Bleed the engine block and run clean water thru heater core, engine block and radiator. Also replaced the AC amplifier, AC high low pressure switch. Ordered new AC belt tensioner and idler pulley.

Driver side done as well. I need sliders now.

Added oil catch can that I bought from eBay. The hose it came with is not useable as it collapses under vacuum. I will changing that tomorrow.

Saw this thread for the first time today and was wondering what paint you used on your dash?
Keep up the good work and thanks for sharing with everyone!

I used the Rustoleum spray can with semi-gloss finish. Walmart carries it. If I were to do this again, I would do flat black due to semi-gloss glare on dash.

Wow! Regular spray paint sticks to the vinyl and does not break down from the sun! I would have never thought that.
I have cracks in my dash and was going to flock the dash after filling the cracks. Glad to see paint holds up, would much rather do that.

Repacked and cleaned the rear driver side axle bearing. Reused the bearing and axle seal as they were good. Only needed new grease, cheap maintenance. I will do passenger side later this week.

Battery tie down keep getting loose during off-road, so decided to fix the issue with sturdy solution. Homemade battery tray and tie down. I will paint it later.
