"all over the internet" - unless I'm mistaken, this equates to hyperbole as it is currently being presented on one forum. Furthermore, prove that it's "garbage"...just because it is inconvenient to the furtherance of your goals doesn't make it garbage. Remember, slander is something that ISN'T true. (just a guess)

Notice the not so subtle attempt to, as logic books define, "Appeal to Authority"...the use of the term "Non-Compliance" is intended to set Mr. Young up as he who defines compliance. In other words "you must comply with my wishes because I am the one in charge" It may be meant to intimidate or it may be ego or it may be both. But, as a regular citizen, he has no right to define compliance. It should say, "Failure to do so will result..."

If he had anything, which he doesn't, he wouldn't hesitate to post it, as it would help him deflect attention away from his own misdeeds. This is known as a "fishing expedition" style threat. He hasn't hired a PI but is banking on the jaded belief that everyone has something to hide and he'll act like he knows what that is...intimidation again. And of course, the first instance of the "I will continuously litigate against you" threat...this is an interesting tact as it declares nothing about validity only that "valid or not" it will continue endlessly...another, more unscrupulous threat...and obviously meant to make the CO start to doubt JC.

An attempt to intimidate the CO...another tact in case JC doesn't intimidate easily. This is akin to threatening the family of someone you wish to intimidate...watching too much Sapranos...Threatening the CO's license to practice law over a DMV discrepancy is a little like threatening a Sherman Tank with a Red Ryder bb gun. And, of course, what paperwork can be trusted?

Notice the attempt to redefine the argument...JC never stated the engine hadn't been rebuilt, only that it seemed to have been rebuilt incompletely and that it been done very ineptly as if by a retarded chimpanzee (i paraphrase)...it was other work that was in question...namely the tranny/transfer that obviously hasn't been touched in decades. This is an attempt to put words in JC's mouth and is misdirection.

This one is cute...part 2 of the "I will never stop attacking you, I will ruin you" tact, a stroke of his own ego wrapped in a threat and an ad hominem and belittling attack. Again with the threats...making promises about JC rueing the day he ever decided to "tangle" with the likes of himself...more with the deep pockets and endless attack...but here's where it gets dark. "Look over your shoulder"??? That, as far as I'm concerned, is the first actual threat of physical violence...he can argue it was a figure of speech, but what is it implying if not a physical threat? This may be the line that puts someone BACK in jail. And then again with the endless attack, "I won't ever stop" gambit.

And then again with an outright threat.
All in all, a pretty blatant and desperate attempt to right the ship. Unfortunately, one thing wasn't taken into account...words meant for appearances only fix the "appearance" of holes in the boat, they don't ACTUALLY fix the holes. But hey, what do I know, I'm just stating my opinion.

Brett, innocent or not, you aren't creating the perception of innocence by avoiding the real questions and consistently threatening people with litigation.
I'm no attorney, but you might want to ask your team of lawyers or your wife whether the above could be considered blackmail...
