"shop press" is what you need for the bushings.

Plus that TRE bar and radius arm can be straightened in the press too and kept for spares. I've bent my TRE 1.25" back and have it tucked in my tire carrier area as a spare.

I am running RuffStuff 1.5" DOM and haven't bent it so far and hit it really good a few times already.

That last bushing sure didn't owe you anything. It was tired.

Fun trip to swamp lake...another dent but 626.5 miles with no issue. The weather was beautiful, fully, some snow on the ground, but since I sleep in my truck, it was perfect! The new control arms helped the pinnion angle for the drive.

How ghetto am I? Best shaky mirror fix ever!

I suppose that you’ve already checked the screw accessible through the bottom of the mirror housing for tightness? Doing this has helped a couple of my mirrors on the two 80’s I’ve had.

Ok, wtf is this? Passenger side. It is popping and locking like a breakdancer from 1983.New video by Noah Daniels - https://photos.app.goo.gl/QgeLmfGh7XspBmCDA

i checked the radius arm holes to make sure they aren’t wallowed out. I checked the pan hards and rear links, all tight. I double checked the tie rod and drag link. Looked for cracks...

springs moving around or something in the knuckle?

Noah, it sounds like the Knuckle and the knuckle ball looks dry. Have you jacked up the front wheels and check of play ?

Yup, no play...
it Looks dry because I just cleaned it? What should it look like?
I’ll pull it apart this week.

Greasy, probably something else if you just cleaned it.

How long has it been since you lubed the head gasket? Haha I had a similar but not so loud noise about a month ago. I tracked it down to one of the heims on my steering assist cylinder. How about your tie rod ends? How long since you took a look at the trunnion bearings?

that is ghetto. use this instead!

it works great!
