This Cerakote c series laid down nicer than just about anything I have sprayed! We'll see how it holds up in time...

That's my next move on mine also. Same color and all. Good to hear it sprayed well! What did you do to prep for Cerakote?

I just use like 60 or 80 grit silica from Ace hardware. I guess the idea is the wet process is safe(r) but I still use a N95 respirator. There is no dust but it is a very nasty process...Awesome! Which media? Sorry I should have been more clear in my question

Thanks! Yes, the only way to get the motor to work is have some sort of ECU either Holley or the GM one. That silver box off on the side is the GM ECU. That's the stock GM wiring harness also. You still need the Toyota wires to run the transfer case, AC, and dash gauges. You also need to tap into the Toyota key on power for the fuel pump relay. On the later model trucks or if you have factory lockers, you also have to retain the Toyota ECU.I love the video walk around of your Rig. I've never seen anyone with factory lockers retain the Toyota ecu.
Factory lockers and no Toyota ECU here.

I have factory lockers and have the Toyota ECU. I am not sure I would want to pull it. I only have asC left to wire.
the ECU controls the motor only. has nothing to do with lockers at all
not super excited to spend 400 bucks on a CamaroPS pump and relocation bracket to flop my alt. and power steering pump locations. I have the marks 4wd motor mounts. Does anyone else have a solution for clearance? my PS is lightly touching steering box. I thought about spacing the steering box with some flat bar and longer bolts. then I have to mess with everything on down the line though
Get a smaller pulley? You sure your engine/trans is perpendicular to the frame rails?

it is the actual PS pump res as well. I have Marks4wd everything. I didnt actually check for square, I just kinda assumed.
