Has anyone been able to fit a double cardan/cv front shaft with marks and a 4l80e? I had one before the swap and it hits the 4l80e pan with the transfer in the stock location... I only have a 2" lift.

Just to contribute, a cadillac cts v throttle and bracket and a 3/8 aluminum transfer shifter adapter (for marks)

Looks great. Have you practiced your road rage yet and smashed the pedal to the floor? Just curious. That was how I knew I needed to rebuild mine.

Walk-around of @GearGeek 's 6-liter '94.

lol, no I haven't started it yet. I'll be sure to smash it to the floor, but hopefully not through road rage?

This Cerakote c series laid down nicer than just about anything I have sprayed! We'll see how it holds up in time...

That's my next move on mine also. Same color and all. Good to hear it sprayed well! What did you do to prep for Cerakote?

Awesome! Which media? Sorry I should have been more clear in my question :)
I just use like 60 or 80 grit silica from Ace hardware. I guess the idea is the wet process is safe(r) but I still use a N95 respirator. There is no dust but it is a very nasty process...

Edit, my build is looking a lot like yours, Hmm, what about.... DELETE!

I love the video walk around of your Rig. Of course I was trying to take copious notes of what you did under the hood.

AC. Did you incorporate the GM ECM? It sounded like you said Toyota wires.
I love the Washer bottle idea. I have to figure that out for my 2nd battery too. (I really like food and fridges. :) )

Thanks! Yes, the only way to get the motor to work is have some sort of ECU either Holley or the GM one. That silver box off on the side is the GM ECU. That's the stock GM wiring harness also. You still need the Toyota wires to run the transfer case, AC, and dash gauges. You also need to tap into the Toyota key on power for the fuel pump relay. On the later model trucks or if you have factory lockers, you also have to retain the Toyota ECU.

Haha food is great, and the second battery keeps that fridge running long and strong lol

I've never seen anyone with factory lockers retain the Toyota ecu.

Factory lockers and no Toyota ECU here.

I have factory lockers and have the Toyota ECU. I am not sure I would want to pull it. I only have asC left to wire.
the ECU controls the motor only. has nothing to do with lockers at all

not super excited to spend 400 bucks on a CamaroPS pump and relocation bracket to flop my alt. and power steering pump locations. I have the marks 4wd motor mounts. Does anyone else have a solution for clearance? my PS is lightly touching steering box. I thought about spacing the steering box with some flat bar and longer bolts. then I have to mess with everything on down the line though

Get a smaller pulley? You sure your engine/trans is perpendicular to the frame rails?

Yes, I made 1/2" spacers for this. PM me for details.
