Isn't there a big leverage advantage by the larger diameter as well as the swept area gain?I hope that ins't in response to my level of stupidity. lol. I told myself I was not going to do it. I was going to leave it to someone else to do it. BUT I suck at waiting.
SO this is an aftermarket Nissan GT-R racing rotor. 380mmx34mm. The stock rotor is 311.4mm so moving to a 380mm rotor should gain more that a 22% increase in swept area.
I should be able to space the caliper out 34.3mm, and by using the same caliper I don't run into any issues with having the caliper mismatch the master cylinder. I can also fit the more aggressive EBC yellow pads and I am pretty sure it should stop. ha.
I am also considering pulling all of the ABS and load balancing and just using a manual proportioning valve.
Stock size.
