Been a pretty productive few weeks. Drivetrain is in and fits really well other than having to modify the frame so the starter would clear. T-case ended up in the same location so both driveshafts we able to used after installing new joints in the crispy front shaft.
Installed a JB Custom triple stick cable shifter. So much better than what I had before. NV4500 shifter also oriented perfectly with my old center console setup.
Made an instrument cluster and got everything working, GPS speedo, boost, EGT, voltage, oil pressure, water temp, main power switch, fuel shutoff solenoid and starter button. Hopefully I didn’t forget anything lol.
ARB compressor installed and lockers working.
Front axle hub and spindle seals replaced and added a Teraflex high steer arm to the driver side that needed minor clearance grinding to fit. Also found the passenger side ball joints need replacing and still need to complete.
2001 F350 hydroboost unit, master cylinder, external power steering reservoir and PSC hydro components installed.
Winch installed. Installed pedal bucket and accelerator pedal from an early FJ40 laying out back. Had to modify the rod length of the hydroboost and clutch slave to fit pedals.
New brake lines and fuel line installed.
Also building a custom locking sway bar system using old lock out hubs I had laying around.

Now on to fluids, seats, finish transmission cross member, windshield, radiator, injectors, VE pump 3200 governor spring, turbo, exhaust, parking brake and start it up and hope everything operates.

I see the Kubota multi-switch we were talking about, how did you like it?

I like it, the only thing I have to work out is the turn signals. It didn’t come with a schematic but I figured out the wires. Just need to wire in a led flasher.
