79 FJ45 Troopy Build “Olive” (1 Viewer)

After many years of searching I was able to find a very unique Troopy. Its factory painted in 653 olive. 51k original KM, and has beautiful middle eastern Burberry vinyl lol
I’ve already started with a small build and added an original ARB catchers mask bumper I found locally over the winter.

That’s a very nice Troopy. It has some nice factory options. I have never seen that upholstery pattern before. More pictures of the interior would be great.

Little work to make it safe and reliable. New OEM radiator, starter and belts, alignment and chased down a number of frayed or improper sized wires.

Forgot to mention this has an oil bath air filter. Cleaned it in a 5gal bucket with a couple gallons of gas and added a quart of oil straight 30 weight to the filter housing.
