You Have 2 choices really. Hellfire. or Get Brian from Front Range to make you a set . I would lean on Brian first

Just thought. are the ones you have the ones from Jason ? if so i am not sure the Keyed Front Range arms will work

Wait didnt Slee have a set up ? if so i know someone that has a complete 80 axle with the slee arms. i can check into that

These came from Brian @ Front Range. When I asked Brian about it, he said there was nothing wrong with them and blamed me for the things I listed earlier (wrong caster, shackle reversal with hanger tucked tight to the frame, and the spring perches from RuffStuff). He offered no other solution, short of tearing it all apart and trying again.

Sorry to hear this . But if there is a will there is a way

Its all good...I'm pretty confident I have a shop lined up that will provide other options/solutions...be it modifying what I have or going with coil overs (everyone I talk to state the 80 series knuckles/hi-steer arms are designed around the stock 80 series coils up front). My frustration was Brian knew when I ordered my axles what my planned suspension was (SOA) and still sold me these arms...then really offered no viable solutions...combined with the fabricator reaching his "breaking point" with this project. In the end, it'll all work out and I'll have a great FJ40 with a story to go with it :)

You can send me your arms and I can mod them like @EWheeler described, I have a machine shop, completely changing your suspension plans because of a pair of steering arms is pretty backwards

Let me think about it and chat with the shop taking it in. I really appreciate the offer, the only reason not to jump on it is those perches are coming off regardless...and the truck is currently about 250 miles away ;)

I would definitely cut the axle perches down… regardless you are still going to have to get that tie-rod higher
