Traveling around CR circa 1990 is where I first saw/learned of them. Seeing all the yellow ICE (Electric Company?) trucks tooling around in the mountains made me really want one. I was hooked, but it took me a long time to finally get one.Yep, 70 series running around everywhere in Costa Rica (my neck of the woods)

Hey Mate! Building a frame to fit the cabinets on the floor holes and wall hole (frame will be welded after to the cabinets) the reason is for removing and installing the real estate behind… pump , coolant tank etc it’s easier to build a frame and work with it for bracketMay i ask why you are doing a frame instead of how Amir did his? I am asking because I have his cabinets coming so all information is helpful.
for pointing this out mate I appreciate we have maybe a mistake thenThat makes sense, sorry maybe you just have the cabinet set in differently for the picture (battery vent panel with wingnuts) because the vent cover was facing the fridge how you had it set in your troopy. Also, just based on the picture for that same cabinet on its side welding the frame to it, it looks as if there is a door that would open above the vent panel and not a solid sheet (no openings) above the removable vented panel. Again i was just basing it on the pictures that was why i was asking. Jealous of the progress, still waiting for mine from NZ.
I am just basing it off his build, why i asked if you might have changed the design for a specific reason? Thanks

Ok cool, your pictures with their orientation in your troopy threw me off. Was not trying to be argumentative just thought you changed the design. Cheers100% the same

No worrie mate you sure got the eye![]()
So you added a door above the vent panel? I like it assuming so you can access electrical easier?
