I recently re-tapped all the threads on the rear bumper to M12 x 1.75, as there are 12 bolts that hold the rear bar. It's now straighter than before.
I also replaced the intermediate shaft of the steering column and am currently waiting on the main shaft—hopefully, this will help eliminate the wobble.
The front sway bar was redone with new bushings and a new link kit, since all the old components were worn out.
Alternator Issue:
The newly installed alternator was removed and sent back to California. It was tested on a flow bench and confirmed to be non-functional—it wasn’t charging at all. Confident the unit is defective and will need to be replaced.
Interior & Mattress:
Memory foam mattress has been fitted and placed inside the cabinet in the truck.
Wheels & Tires:
New shoes have been mounted on Jio's rim—looks solid.
Electrical Work:
Electrical side is being finalized.
Solar panel installation and system testing are next on the list.
All initial tests show the systems are functioning properly.
Power Adapter:
A 30A to 15A plug adapter was added, allowing shore power charging at campsites—this works well.
Switch Pro:
Installed and functioning. Needs a fixed mounting location in the cabinet. All accessories will be wired through it.
