Fantastic stuff. Thanks for coming back to update.

Where was this cruiser from originally?

You mentioned a machine shop build.....for your business?
I picked it from a guy in East Texas off of Craigslist

During COVID I had a metal building (40x60x15’) built for a machine shop on our back property. It’s a hobby shop. I will run some parts from my day job to keep the utilities on.

Gang, let me know if we need to make anything for the LC 100? Once up and running could be fun.

Most proud of the polished concrete floor that took us a full week of polishing and staining. Machines are in (but not installed yet) and we are finishing up the electric (480V 3-phase).

Holy crap! This could get out of hand!

This really is getting out of hand…our Starlink arrived yesterday.

Found some tutorials how to move it to new service locations.

I had totally forgotten I signed up and bought Starlink. It was like Christmas came early this year.

For fun I checked the Colorado camp site we like visit up by Monarch pass (no cell coverage) and the Starlink service is available there.

It shouldn’t be like this but I can’t relax if I’m not in contact with the office while on vacation.

After meeting with Christo after attending a Geophysics conference in Denver we came up with a good solution. The Slee front bumper, rear bumper with tire carrier with ladder and 12.5k lbs ComeUp winch arrived this week.

I totaled my LC !!!

Click bait… Not quite, had to cut the frame horns off to fit the newly arrived @sleeoffroad Blueberry front bumper and 12.5K ComeUp winch.

Technically any alteration to the frame in Texas, damage by accident or self induced totals the vehicle in the insurance companies mind 😂

Maybe that has changed from the days I used to buy at auction and flip cars. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Cut bottom tips, hammer bottom tabs, file edges, paint prep, prime and paint:

Now we wait for the paint to dry so that we can get the bumper fitted up and spot the frame hole locations that need to be drilled out for a 1/2” hole

Having the hardest time with crank but no spark. I’ve been following the advice on the forum but so long no spark

CEL? Any codes? Could be throttle body related, water temp sensor, or something in your fuse box, Medtro has a long thread on the fuse box related issues. Wonderful build, it's the little things that can slow you down sometimes.

Eastwood Aero-Spray Epoxy Primer Application Review

I’ve got to hand it to Eastwood. This product flows nicely and dries quick. Back of the Can says it contains a ceramic. I suppose that is for additional hardness and scratch resilience.

The rattle can contains a two part primer with a separate built in container for the catalyst. Instructions recommends shaking the resin for at least two minutes before breaking the internal catalyst container.

The catalyst seal is broken by removing the red button from the lid, turning the Can upside down with the Can lid attached. You attach the red button to a push plunger on the bottom and press firmly. Once depressed the resin and catalyst is shaken together for two minutes. You now have 48 hours to spray before the epoxy pot life is reached.

The trigger has an outlet that rotates for both vertical and horizontal fan patterns. The tip atomization is great. There is a volume adjustment on the trigger knob too. What a pleasant surprise.
Love your build thread, doing the same to mine, same color truck! Question I was wondering about, with the aircraft stripper. What did you do about any that got into the frame internally. I’m ocd and this has been bugging me lol
