Steering was a little loose, so I swapped out the tie rod ends and the sway bar bushings. Made a noticeable improvement. Went ahead and painted them before installation.

Finally got around to flushing the cooling system and replacing all the hoses.

Hose clamps for these are:
50mm P/N 96111-10500
58mm P/N 96111-10580

I also had to replace the Heater (Water) Valve Assembly and hoses.

Heater Valve P/N 87240-60010
Heater Valve Hose P/N 87245-60290
Hose Clamps P/N 96112-10250

The hose from the Heater Valve to the engine block is NLA, it's marked with a blue arrow. So I took my old one to the local auto parts store and found one that would work. Sorry I don't have that part number.

Also replaced the Heater Pipe. I had some hose left over from the hose I got for the Heater Valve in the post above, so I was able to use it from the Heater Pipe to the firewall.

Just FYI, you might want to keep an eye on the heater core now that you've replaced the valve etc. - these are practically never used in the GCC and almost always leak once used, often catastrophically. In fact, you might simply want to go ahead and purchase a new core and replace it as a preventative measure.

Thanks for the tip! I'll try to get one asap.

Thanks @LDRF. I'm not doing anything out of the ordinary on this truck, so I thought I could at least post some part numbers to save some search time for others. Plus everyone likes pics!

Couldn't decide if I liked or hated the back up alarm. But it annoyed me too much, so it's off. Were these factory installed on these trucks? I noticed it was a Denso brand (well Nippondenso before they shortened the name).

That’s interesting…..I have the same truck, but don’t have that feature. Maybe it was removed 🤔

It was bolted to the frame behind the rear bumper and plugged into the wiring harness. It appeared to be a factory install?

Don’t know if it’s factory or port but it’s required in KSA for commercial vehicles and a pickup is, or at least was, considered commercial. That’s also why you have to be a Saudi national or a Saudi registered company to own a pickup.

Edit: Don’t see it on the parts diagram so guessing port. FWIW, I left mine just for the novelty of it.

Factory.

You can even buy a new one if you want.

My windshield had some pretty deep scratches from living in the desert. So, I was happy to find you can still order the windshield and front and back weatherstripping at US dealerships.

My windshield had chrome trim on the weatherstrip, but I believe that's NLA. I'm fine without the chrome, I'm trying to de-bling it a little anyway.
