Got some new wheels and tires for the truck. I was planning on doing the suspension at the same time, but Dobinson's is backordered on some items for several months, so I guess I'll be waiting for that. Anyway, they fit with no rubbing without a lift, so it's good for now.

Looking good D. Those 255's are the sweet spot I think. I have 265/75's but that's what I'm getting next. Not available in many tires though, not like 235's which are like the world's general truck tire.

Thanks Ryan. Yea, not many choices in the 255's. I narrowed it down to the BFG's and the Yoko Geolandar MT G003. I was originally going to go with the Yoko's, but it basically came down to the tire store I use had to special order the Yoko's so they were quite a bit more expensive than the BFG's. But I've heard good things about both.

New mirrors and screws. Went with the black to match the front turn lamps.

Thank you @locklaw, I appreciate the info on that. I am leaning toward putting an ARB or similar front bumper on the truck. But if not, I'll get one of these!

Thanks @Meshal I really appreciate the offer. But I've already got one, just haven't put it on yet. But let me know if you have any more goodies 😉

I've got a GCC 97 FZJ75 in white with the same stripes. I've ordered almost all of these same parts over the past few months!

I went with an ARB bumper. The chrome bumper looks weird sticking so far out. The bullbar with lights and a winch looks great on this little truck though.

The ARB is definitely on the short list of things to do. I have an old Warn 8274 winch, so I'm trying to decide if I want to restore it or go with a newer style winch. :hmm:

My truck has the spare mounted under the bed, but I like the look of it mounted behind the cab inside the bed. I was able to find all the parts for the mount, but had to drill the mounting holes and use rivet nuts since my bed didn't have them originally.

I did have to modify the bracket that fits against the wheel. The bracket for the older 6-lug wheels is no longer available, so this bracket is for the newer 5-lug wheels. I had to do some minor grinding to a few areas to make it fit flush on the wheel without rubbing. I used appliance epoxy to paint a couple of items that weren't powder coated and to repaint the bracket that I had to modify. Matched the original powder coating very well.

I used a grinder on the areas with the arrows to make it fit
