Looks like the park service Jeep. This was taken last April at the doll house, looks like the same accessories.

Yeah, that was the Park Ranger's Jeep. Looks like you camped at Doll House #3 too. You can see for miles from there with no lights or sign of civilization in sight. Looks like your weather was similar to ours. We watched a mid-day thunder and lightening storm roll in from the West, followed by that calm, cool post storm peacefulness. Its a beautiful corner of the world.

Getting that out is going to be fun. It will have to come out through Hite. I don't see them hauling it up Flint.
I agree. Just getting a truck back there that could load it and get back out on that trail. Maybe they'll cut it up and haul it out in pieces.

We also camped at #3

From the looks of it, that 80 doesn't seem too well cared for. 😭
Yeah, there's a story there, but its not mine to tell. Very nice family that had some bad luck that meant camping an extra night back there. When the repair truck got there, his generator wouldn't start to run the welder, so he had to call for a second repair guy to make the trip out there, which may have meant a second impromptu night of camping.

Nice!! May i ask what rear bumper you have? I'm in the market one with a swing out tire carrier and jerry can holder.

It is a first generation Slee. I got it 22 years ago. He hasn't made this version in many years.

Whatever you get, I highly recommend you NOT buy a Dobinson's. Their powder coat is for s*** and they don't/won't stand behind their product. The powder coating started pealing/flaking off on my rear bumper about 2 weeks after I purchased it, and they absolutely would not work with me in any way. I'll be bashing them any chance I get from this point forward, and hopefully I can save someone else from the headache.

Don't power coat anything, you will end up going over it with rattle cans at the end of the day. i have many many good things to say about Dobinson products, mostly suspension parts tho, and IMO they are top notch.

Thanks. It looks nice. I won't be doing business with Slee ever again, however. Had a very bad and expensive experience with them.

Thank you. Dobinson's is one I have been considering. Too bad about their paint job. Definitely don't want paint peeling off a brand new bumper.

You asked, I answered. :meh:

This picture was taken literally two weeks after putting the bumpers on, and I had the LC in the garage for most of that time. The bumper never came in contact with anything to cause this to happen. When I get home tonight I'll take another picture to show how it has progressed. The front bumper is an ARB and it pretty much looks as good as the day I bought them which was about a year ago now.

But how old is that bumper. It’s clearly not new.

It was brand new two weeks prior to that picture being taken, just like the front bumper. I had them shipped up at the same time. If the photo makes it look older, it's only because it hadn't been washed prior to taking the pic. Here’s a picture taken a couple days after installing.

Thank you for sharing the photos. I know how frustrating it is when vendors provide poor quality service and/or products and don't stand behind them. I had that experience with Slee recently - can't ever recommend anyone taking their truck there for work.

Just got home from work and took a couple more pictures. It’s starting on the other side now too and, you can’t really tell in the picture but , the paint is all starting to spiderweb. I gotta say, this really pisses me off. PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON DOBINSON’S BUMPERS!

That looks like several northern Utah salty winters. Nasty.
