Ok guys and gals. I figured since we hijacked the hell out of Ryan's thread we should start a gun thread. We need a place to talk about any and all things gun related. With deer season coming upon us shortly, I thought I’d see if anyone was looking for a handy little .308. Planning on thinning my herd down a bit and will likely part with a Remington 7 in stainless and composite stock. Has a trigger job from an armorer in the AMU from Fort Benning a few moons ago.

Nothing fancy but put together for the

PSA upper and lower. Pinned 14.5" barrel, basic parts kit to start.

What makes it for the wife is its a PSA meme lower.

The guy that ran the transfer for me laughed, but was worried they'd call thinking the model and serial were a joke.

British Enfield. It is a 1918 and according to a FB group I’m in it was sent back for reconditioning in 1932 or 1935. Has been sporterized and a member of that group said it appears to have been changed from a Mark III* to a Mark III with the addition of a wind age adjustment on the rear site and a mag cut off. I can’t validate any of this bc I am not a pro, but several members chimes in on it.

Overall in good shape. Could use a good cleaning and some steel wool taken to a few spots.

@sleepycruiser nice .303! It feels like yesterday when you could get a (much worse condition) service grade from Rose's for about $30-$50. Crazy times.

Finally, any of you gents interested in doing a NOD's class in spring? I am gauging interest and looking to get a class together for a class put on from a former member of SOF-D north of Raleigh.
