Intake and fuel rail on when I drop it in. It’s easier.

Last one I did was on a engine stand so I had the whole motor assembled. Wasn’t sure if I could have the whole intake installed and fuel rail. That will Make life much easier thanks!!!

Found someone to straighten things out enough to get a window in, now I need a few trim bits.

Chasing the head bolt threads. And new OEM gasket. Using ARP studs on this one so you wants the holes cleaned out for optimal insertion!

Replaced fan clutch with Aisin blue hub unit from Amazon.

I saw on amazon several Aisin fan clutches suitable for LC80 (FCT-xxx).
Do you mind sharing which one you've installed and why?

This past Father’s Day my daughter found a better way to use that space after she couldn’t find a way to charge her phone and power a computer while in my 80. Adapts to my Milwuakee M18 battery.

Had smoke coming out of left wheel, after some fidgeting seems I lost bearing grease. Brakes are OK I guess seems like ball bearings are running hot there is a slight grind when I turn the wheel by hand

My roof rack light basket developed a crack that needs repair and I threw together a couple little brackets for the old man's side by side.

Put on a set of the Magnaflow direct fit cats....no more rattles and whistles...Certainly not the cheapest option out there, but i like the more compact size over the OEM version. Also waiting on some White Knuckle sliders, so made sure the threads in the frame were nice and clean...

LT1 with the pan I have only takes 6 1/2 quarts.
