Alex, I'm one of the non-members that has been emailing you. I'll be there, with my 40 in tow, and a tent for 2-3 people. Going to try to hook up with the upstate caravan on Friday, as I haven't been up there before.

Alex and myself have a list of people who have paid for a tent spot which includes dinner at least one night and a bunch of other things.
What I don't want to happen is a bunch of UC members feeling like they have to go to another forum register and sign in. Plus some members who lurk don't want to post up anywhere and rather tell us via e-mail. So numbers of people coming would be flawed.
As of right now we are expecting around 30-50 vehicles in this ride. Possibly more. McNabb can hold around 60 vehicles and 100 people. We have the whole site to ourselves. From what I can tell there are about 15 fjc's coming to the event so far and if you add the 3 or so from the Toyota Trail Team and the ones who have yet to e-mail us or post here we will probably have over 20 coming. Then there is UC's Florida Boys with around 4-8 heavily modified cruisers, the Clemson Mafia with at least 3 or so cruisers (if they can make it all the way) and then add another 10-15 other UC folk, STCLA will be joining us (don't have numbers for them yet)
I talked with Alex tonight and we decided that this Sunday would be the deadline for tent reservation and notifying us that you are coming. He will post up more info tomorrow.

Thats 35 vehicles so far if you include the Toyota Trail team as 3. Then There is the Captain and a few more FL boys that are coming.
Well, to Blind's credit, I don't know that he even read all the posts about OTMT. Marshall and I post up over on the other forum, and did about this. We did post that this is an UC event and that it would be a good opportunity to come check out the club. However, the thread took off and the first post was mostly ignored. The Florida FJC guys were up at Tellico a while ago and had a blast, so they were ready for a repeat when this came up and planned to come up. Remember, they are all staying at Crawfords, not at McNabb, so they'll just want to hook up to ride and hang out a bit I think.
Most of the folks over there on the other forum haven't been a part of a TCLA club before and don't really know what these "events" are all about. It's a bit foreign for them to have a club that is organized. But, I think that they will find the same thing that I did when I met the folks from UC, I wanted to be a member! So in the interest of attracting new members, let's not be too hard on Blind and any others that haven't been to one of these before.
