Both the front bumper and sliders were fabricated locally. The sliders are angled at approximately 15 degrees. I’ve always liked the look of hybrid bumpers and since there aren’t any manufacturers that I know of who make them for the LX570, I decided to make my own. LolTell us more about that bumper. Homemade, kit made or bought? Same with the sliders

I haven’t gone through any deep water yet. Wheels are SSW Offroad Stryker 17x9 -0 offset wrapped in 34 inch Nitto Ridge GrapplersHave you gone through any deep water crossings after the bumper installation? What wheel and offset did you go with?
We were able to reuse the stock AHC cage with these sliders.Do the sliders offer AHC Protection? Wonder if they'd do another set
This is really bad ass! Love itI built it to hold the 37 and a fridge. It mounts to the factory cargo points, then comes up and around the tire with vertical supports for the “hoop”. I don’t have a 1.25 die for my bender so I ended up welding it, and messed up my measurement! Fridge is on a slide next to it with some welded support tabs. Have a tire double strap on order and still need to powder coat it this week.
All DOM .120 wall, feet are 1.75, rest is 1.25. Used 1/8” aluminum spacers below the feet to clear the floor pan ridges, then grade 10.9 bolts to the factory holes. The 37 spare rolls over the front bar clearing the roof by about 1/4”. Side braces keep tire located nicely, and the double strap should keep any movement to a minimum.
Whole thing weighs probably 30lbs and can be installed or removed in about 2 minutes, which was important. And fridge side can be removed to store other stuff, but I had to use all 4 mounting points to be comfortable enough that the tire would hold.

Looking for adventure. Had a great time out in the desert during the epic snow storm in SoCal.

Got to stretch out AHC Long Travel. Nevermind the noises - just a tire catching a screw in the mud flap with the longer articulation.
And only 3 tires lost within the group.
