No oil burned. Still at full mark.
Zero leaks anywhere on the rig.

Epic dude. You better be keeping this one for awhile.

866 progressive springs offer just a small amount of lift and handle loads without riding like crap when unloaded

Also I’ve had great success with Airlift 1000 bags in coils.

Superb truck. Can’t wait to see it at the Swine Soirée in November

Love the old school tires on the 40!

I think they are original. They say Dunlop made in Japan. All four were flat but are amazingly holding air after being pumped up. The 40 had been parked since 82.

The 55 is getting a shiny pinky ring!

Years ago, I did a refurbish on an 8274. Shortly after completion, I found myself needing some $$$ (for a Cruiser purchase) and sold it to a friend. He mounted it to his garage queen 40 and has yet to use it. Each time I see him, I ask if he will sell it back to me. Usually he just laughs, but today he said yes!

I thought I had documented the 8274 rebuild here on mud, but can’t seem to find the link to the thread. I was able to dig up a pic of the components after they came back from powder coating. It really turned out nice.

The deal is going down Monday. I’ll be sure to post some pics when I get it mounted up.

:)

The 8274 is coming off, Trail tailor bumper for sale. Above is a pic of the actual Bumper on my old Camo fst.

I need to revise/ relocate the 80 powersteering cooler lines before the winch goes on. I’m planning on just reworking these rather than going aftermarket.

Is that a stock thickness bumper with a plate welded on it? I’d like to just add a plate to my Roo bumper for a low profile Warren Wench yo
It might be a lil thicker than stock, but not by much.

Warrens are the best.

Black Front Seats take two:

New cushion from Mr T + Lseat leather in black with black stitching.

Ordered Lseat covers 7/27
LSeat covers delivered 8/27

Initial quality looks good upon opening. I’ll report back after they have been installed.

A few new parts from Mr T. To tighten up the steering. The TREs on the rig were original to the 96 chassis donor, as was the ujoint on the 55 section of the steering shaft. Although fully functional, the parts were all showing signs of age.
