I’m looking for a 100-series Land Cruiser in the Bay Area. Preference toward a 2006-07 with AHC, but I'll consider non-AHC and 2004-05 models. Looking for a vehicle that is as close to stock as possible (i.e., still has running boards and roof rack) with detailed maintenance records, minimal reconditioning required, and no accident history. Wanted High Mileage, Well Maintained 100 Series - Michigan

After much thought as to what I should purchase I've finally decided to try and find a high mileage, well maintained 100 series. I know this is going to limit me to the earlier model years but that's fine. My thought process is simple, If I like the earlier years and I want to upgrade to a newer one down the road it will be a no brainer. I kept getting caught up in looking for the 5spd trans and the higher engine output of the 06 and 07 when I was looking but spending almost 20k on one of those seems a bit extreme at this point. Hey guys, I just picked up a pretty clean one owner 2003 100 with 187k miles. going to use it for some new product development, build it, get it all up to date on maintenance and possibly sell it.
