Hello, Up for sale is our 1999 LX470 with 136K miles. It is River Rock Green Mica with Gray Leather interior. It does not have lockers. Timing belt done a 65k miles w/receipt. Switched to synthetic oil changes at about 100k. Carpet is fairly clean for being the kid hauler for the last 4 years. Ash trays are missing from the rear doors. This truck has some age and some miles, but runs and drives remarkably well.
The negatives:
- It has a few minor rust spots on the exterior paint as shown in the pictures.
- There was a bad touch-up paint job at some point, and the paint doesn't look perfect.
- The top of the front windshield leaks it bit when there is a heavy rain; it probably just needs to be resealed by an auto glass place.
- The interior dome lights are burnt out or aren't working.
- There are probably a few other minor things that I cannot remember.
Positives:
- Reliable daily driver. The engine and transmission seem to be working perfectly.
- HID headlight conversion.
- Has an aftermarket bluetooth receiver that works great with good, aftermarket speakers...

Owner says it's in great shape. Still haven't seen photos of frame/suspension which is of course why I'm going to see it in person. It's been garage kept and maintained at local Lexus dealership.
Vehicle has 130k miles, had brakes/rotors done 2k miles ago. The owner says the transmission "started to go" while they were on a trip in Indiana last year, so the tranny was replaced. Likely the brakes and tranny are not OEM.
SO. Besides the condition of the frame, should I be concerned about the transmission thing? I'm a 4runner guy, want to get into a 2UZ-FE for my fam and to build out/expo.

Hi guys, the time has come to pass my truck on to the next owner. I acquired it about 4.5 years ago with 89k miles on it. I promptly changed the timing belt and have enjoyed it ever since. Within the past 10k miles it has had 4 new 02 sensors, 4 new Michelins (from Discount Tire with replacement certs) and new front/rear pads and rotors (wheel bearings also repacked when front rotors were replaced). Since purchase, I have changed the oil every 5k miles with Mobil 1, except on the rare occasion I had a dealer coupon, in which case I also requested synthetic.
