2005 LX470 217xxx miles. Timing belt done at 119k and 199k.
-AHC deleted and replaced with Radflo 2.5 remote rez shocks front and rear
-OME medium rear springs
-OME heavy front torsion bars
-SPC front UCAs and new MOOG front LCAs
-SPC upper and lower rear links
-Bump it off road skids plates
-Snorkel
-5 Stealth custom series Ray10s modified to fit the 100 platform
-275/70/18 Dura tracs with 8k miles
-New CV axels (need installed)
-Gage cluster rebuilt by tranauto, tachometer recently went out now and needs to be reserviced
-RSG weld on rock sliders
-Leather is i good shape, little worn but no holes or tears. Some staining on middle row on the back from the spare tire being in the back.

No affiliation. I looked at the truck just out of curiosity - like I need another project....
Anyhow, while the truck has low mileage it does have some issues and deferred maintenance:
-Timing belt and water pump have not been replaced
-Cracked windshield
-Nav disc drive doesn’t work
-VGRS felt a bit off, too much play in steering
-A/C doesn’t blow cold.
-AHC worked but was very low on fluid
-Power Steering fluid is black.
Interior condition was nice, no excessive wear.
Exterior was decent. You can tell it had been garaged most of its life, but there were some scratches/gouges here and there.

Just came up today, I think it will go quick, not totally roached like many from the north east, Rhode island car, I'm passing because I told myself no more on Underbody rust but should work well after conversion to lc suspension given the price. Landmark Honda. Maybe I'm wrong feel free to tell me so, the market is thin in this region on cars that are not roached, wrecked, or 200k+

First time poster. I am interested in a LC or LX470. I would prefer an 06 or 07. I noticed this vehicle in my area and it looks ok but I'm concerned the miles might be a little high. Based on the Carfax, I think it also needs a timing belt. Is this a decent vehicle?
