I have a red 1990 K1500 Z71 Chevrolet Pickup regular cab. It has a TBI Chipped 350 with a 5-speed manual transmission. The motor has 170,000 miles on it. I checked the compression and all 8 cylinders were at 150. It needs two new front tires, which I have 2 on order right now to match the other two. The front tires wore due to improper allgnment, but I found a broken rear spring that caused the problem. I replaced the broken spring with a new one and the allignment is back. There is nothing else special about the truck. The rear bumper is bent, and there are a few dent and dings. I am asking $2,500 for the truck, but I would be willing to reduce the price by...

I feel I should tell the whole story about the reasoning behind this 1987 Toyota V-8 4x4. I was a student when I first purchased this truck. It was originally a 4 cylinder 5 speed truck with 33" tires. I was driving to school one day and the rear axle locked up because it was out of fluid apparently. When it went, I was goin down the highway and it shattered third gear in the trsnsmission. Some friends of mine convinced me that it would be cheaper to convert it...

I have a 95 4runner, with 115K miles. 5 speed, v6, power everything. Moon roof, running boards, 16 inch wheels (will give a pair of 15 inch with it if you want). This thing is in great shape
I put an air turbine (areo exaust) on with a K&N air filter (she sounds mean). It also has a tow package. To see what it would do I tested it on a nice flat it did 100 mph in 4th gear, no redline. before I did the exaust system it would want to shift into 4th at 35mph, now it likes to shift into 4th at 45 mph. It has been taken care of and has one previous owner.
I am selling it because I went to an old bj60 and don't need the extra rig.

I've decided this is really more truck than I need and it's definitely more than my wife wants to drive. I imported this truck from Japan and spent many hours looking for one of this quality. I'm reluctantly putting my 4Runner up for sale :crybaby: . I've owned the truck for approximately six years. It had approx. 226k miles on the odo when purchased. I believe I'm the 3rd owner. It now has just over 237k being used as an occasional driver. I recently began stripping the frame of some POR15 that I applied several years ago (my first attempt) and began punching through the rear passenger side frame rail. It will take to much welding (not my expertise) to repair. With the addition of 2 kids since the truck was acquired it is time to let it go. I have my 1990 HDJ-81 for sale due to the fact I have to go back to school. SInce this truck arrived in Canada I have taken great care of her, replacing the bottom end bearings, injectors, had valves set, new ome shocks, complete 3" exhaust from turbo back, new ARB winch bumper (no winch - didn't get around to buying it yet), all the necessary maintanance has been done - brakes, fluids etc...
This is a fabulous truck with a lot of time and money put into her - all work done by A.T.E.B. in burnaby. She has a safari intercooler, 3" lift, two - piece mags and 32" tires w/ 75% tread left. Saw this in passing today, sorry not much info. It's been resprayed all white, some rust showing through on the drip rails, quarters and doors look okay. Interior is all original, dash is cracked but intact. License plates from New Mexico last tagged in '99. It's sitting at a little dealership in Lindale TX, ph#903-882-5021. No price, and it was raining so just one quick pic from a camera phone.
