I have been an avid member for over 10 years and have owned several cruisers: 2 different 80 series, a fj45, a 40, 2 100 series and now a 200 series. You could say it has been a journey! I have found a 60 I want to try and get, but need to unload the 80 first. I have it listed locally but would rather it go to a Land cruiser enthusiast, AKA mud member! In last 6 months: new radiator, hoses, belts, brake pads, driver's window motor.
In last year: new rear tires, new or overhauled fuel injectors, valve cover gasket, tested all vacuum/smog equipment, replaced vacuum hoses, spark plugs and wires.
Last 3 years: new shocks, front brakes and bearings, front axle repack, front and rear diff fluid, trans fluid, cleaned fuel tank.
I went overboard and buffed through the clear coat on the hood so cost to repaint the hood is reflected in the price.
Does not have diff locks, everything works as it it should except the radio...
Hey guys - Just listing my cruiser for sale as i am going to need the space for summer. It's originally from Texas, lived in PA then came to New York and has only been here from what i can tell a couple of years. i bought the truck because it is rust free. body / frame / tailgate / door sills. there is no real rust, this is the easiest FJ I've ever put a OME lift on. the hood / passenger fender and front bumper have been replaced which makes me suspect that this has been in some sort of fender bender but everything under the car looks straight as an arrow. you can only see the difference in paint on the two replaced panels in certain light. since it was a texas truck the dashboard is badly cracked, i will provide pictures of that. ill...

I am still not 100% sure I want to let this go, but I have some priority changes going on so here we go. 1997 fj80. Great condition. This has been a west coast truck until I purchased it back in February. There are several upgrades/modification on this truck so ill do my best to list them all. I just use this truck as my weekend warrior. Drive on the beach 2-3 times/week. I have decided to sell my 1990 Toyota Land Cruiser HDJ81 Turbo Diesel. I have had it for the last 3 years and imported it from Canada myself. It has an Oregon title in my name.
