Have had the epiphany (aka wife told me) that I have too many vehicles so this has to go. Got it with intentions of it becoming a camping/wheeling rig since it's not perfect but certainly not crap either. I'll attempt to describe all the good and bad. 1982 FJ60, 2F, 4 speed manual, 183,806 miles. I bought it a month ago and since then have: flushed fuel tank and hard fuel lines, replaced rubber fuel lines, rebuilt carb, replaced fuel filter and fuel pump (sat for a while prior to me getting it). Starts, runs, drive, shifts, and stops pretty well. Hi all,, I've put a bit of work and money into this rig, and while looking for some parts, I have found a beautiful, newer, one, that I would like to purchase. So, I'm seeing if I can get her sold.
1983, 167k pulled motor to inspect it and replace rear main seal, and some other things, turned into just doing all seals, head, rings, oil pump, clutch/PP and all gaskets. New clutch master and slave, brakes have been gone through and replaced, stripped to bare metal, factory whit base coat/clear coat. New factory carb, Truck runs and looks really nice. Just the interior and suspension should be done. Interior is ratty, but complete and the springs are saggy, but ride fine. I would like to get 8000.00 for it, but open to a reasonable offer...
Looking to get into another landcruiser. My budget is 11000 canadian and l'm trying to get as rust-free as possible. Let me know what youve got, I'm located on vancouver island.

Looking for a nice HJ61 with a manual tranny. Would like it to be as rust free/low Km/Original as possible. A PTO winch would be swell, as would lockers, but not a deal breaker. Everyone tells me the bottom fell out of the JDM market but I can`t find any for sale... I will travel anywhere in Canada for the right one at the right price...

Dash is toast, but I have a good one for a few extra bucks.

Overall very clean, no dents, and no signs of body work. She looks great! However it does appear to have been partially resprayed some years ago. In addition, there are a few very minor blemishes like ½ a door ding on lower door and paint scratch here and there. The most noticeable paint issue is the gas drip marks under the fuel door. I bought this truck about one year ago, never intending to sell it. Military orders for an overseas move have changed my plans.
Current October 2016 Virginia inspection. Daily driver. 205,500 miles.
Has some clunks and rattles but body is rust-free and the interior including the dash is in fair-to-good condition. Front seats need recovered. All electric options work except the rear defog and power locks.
I've never had it off road. All stock as far as I can tell except the stereo and front speakers that were replaced by prior owner.

I just picked up a hundred series and have to sell my 60 to help finance it. The Cruiser is located in Edmonton Alberta but was originally from Portland. The truck has never let me down and runs and drives fantastic. I have owned and driven quite a few different 60/62 series and can honestly say this is one drives the best. 1988 FJ62 with a 1993 5.9 Cummins. Comes with new intercooler, Ford 9 inch with custom dutchman axles and wilwood discs, etc. No transmission, but most of you wouldn't have wanted the auto anyway.
Motor is in the truck. Truck is soa'd. Interior, except headliner and dash, is out. Doors and glass are out. Front clip is off. Was going to cut out the little bits of rust, replace with fresh metal and repaint. I have rust free fender flares over rear tires to weld in after cancer is cut out.
Comes with custom built Hardline Fabrications DOM tube front bumper with 8k Smitty winch, as well as Hardline Fabrications DOM frame...

1984 FJ60 Land Cruiser for Sale. This vehicle is located in Philadelphia, MS. Overall it is in good condition. Cruiser has a little over 200k on the odometer. I am not at the house so I dont know exact number but can get it if needed. Needs a good cleanup. I bought as a project vehicle but the house I am moving to does not have room for a project right now so I am letting it go. Has a small dent on the front driver fender. Has a quarter size rust hole in the back lower fender. Has some rust on the bottom of the tailgate. Interior is solid for the most part just needs a good cleaning. Motor will start but it will need a new radiator.

Hi All,
I'm selling my 83 FJ60. It's an incredibly clean body and frame. Owned by engineer most of it's life that would wash off the undercarriage when it got muddy or salty. Only one tiny rust spot on the tailgate. Was going to swap in a 3b diesel (donor truck for sale as well). Not going to be able to do the swap now so it's all for sale. Price is $8500 for the clean gasser. $4500 for the complete 84 BJ60. The BJ60 has been sitting for a bit and is a complete rust bucket but the engine is strong. Transmission needs work. I got a 1989 fj62 for sale. I can not keep all my cars and this one
has to go. this is a great truck that is ready to go places.
Two years ago I had the engine rebuilt. Injectors were clean and calibrated. new TPS and other small engine control parts.
A new h55 was install. the transfer case was rebuilt and converted to manual shift.
Engine and transmission have less than 5,000 miles
Last year I had ARB locker with 4.88 gears install. Tires are 315/75/16 with spacers. not sure if the spacers are needed but truck looks good with them.
Interior is in great shape. carpet was replaced.
