I've got a 69 FJ40 for sale. Runs good, original F engine, 3 speed tranny, vacuum shift transfer case, manual brakes. Everything works good, Frame is solid, tub has usual rust around the drivers toolbox area and floorboard. Quarters are dented up, but not rusted out. Running boards are solid, under doors is pretty good, a couple small places on the passenger side. Hood has a few dents in it, fenders are pretty straight. I have the front bumper off of it, it was bent up. There is some kind of old chain driven winch mounted to the bumper. Don't know if it works or not, haven't tested it. It's included also. I've got to do it. The 62 is on the block. Here is what it has and what it doesn't, also with its warts. The biggest is that its purple...Barney purple.
1. Chevy 305 (new) w/3 Edelbrock 600 cfm carb. (new)
2. 3spd trans. (mainshaft howls pretty good)
2. Doors, Top with stupid sunroof, tire carrier (low qual.) and cheap rack (good shape and highjack).
3. Shot tires on 15x7 black 6 spoke wagon wheels (four only)
4. Good Brakes, (rebuilt rear pistons and new shoes.)
5. New Gasline (poly)
Body:
Good solid body with minor or no rust. I noticed a little bubble bottom right rear. Chassis has at some time been repainted and is solid with no rot to speak of. Truck was a desert rat its whole life and is clean. Left side was at some time...
:eek: I am selling my Land Cruisers! I have a good running, good condition 1975 FJ40. It is red. It has a custom made rack for the back for spare tire, gear and ice chest. It has a bikini top and fiberglass half doors. Disc brakes all the way around. No rust to speak of.
Included in the sale is a 1974 FJ40. This has no motor or tranny. It can be used for parts, or put a 350 in it and make a rock crawler. It has the hard top on it. It has original doors in good condition.

For sale a 1971 Toyota land cruiser mostly stock. The body is about average paint is decent top is v/good. It has the orig F & 3 speed on the column and vac actuated 4wd. It's almost road ready it needs some tie rod ends and some TLC. If you have a garage it would easily be road ready by spring. It has a later rollbar and the stock long seats with an offset kit. This is a 1974 fj40. It is 95% rust free with only surface rust on a few places. All original except for top and 1975+ style doors. I believe it used to be a soft top model since it has the newer style doors and the top doesn't look like it went to this cruiser, and it has the tailgate instead of the two little doors. Newer upholstered front seats. Needs brake work.. I have replaced all the brakes on this stupid thing, bled and re-bled and adjusted and i still had to pump the pedal once before I had good pedal. I put a 78 booster on it and was in the process of building a disc front end for it. This cruiser will run but needs a little work to be drivable. F engine & 4 speed transmission. Chevy 350, holley pro-jection set-up is included (fuel injection)but not installed, saginaw power steering conversion, disc brakes on front, sprung-over w/antiwrap bar installed, Aussie lockers front and rear, 5 35" bfg mudders w/approx. 60-70% tread. Proffitt's Cruisers is selling this Cruiser for a customer. This Cruiser was slated for a complete stage III restoration but unfortunately, the customer has had a family emergency and has to back out of the restoration.

1972 Toyota LandCruiser FJ40
80K Original miles, floor shift 3speed, straight six, aluminum tub, PTO winch, bucket seats, uncut dash.
In last 2000 miles: converted to 4 wheel disk brakes using all new calipers rotors pads lines and master cylinder, BFG mud terrain tires, rebuilt front and rear axels, greaseable shackles and pins with poly bushings.
Passed full BC vehicle inspection.

It's a 71' black body on a 77' frame and axles. I did not do the restoration work, but a local helicopter mechanic hand built this sucker. The body is original black paint, it has a few dings, and some minor chipped paint. Otherwise in great shape. The frame was completely revamped, all the axles were rebuild, new leaf springs, and upgrades were made.
