1969 FJ40 LandCrusier In Saint Louis, MO
The time has come to move on from my 1969 Toyota LandCruiser. I bought this thing in 2007 when i was in college. I fixed it just enough to run around in, and otherwise left it alone. About 10 years ago it was time to park it. I had a garage, and I stuck it in there for a future project. two years ago the garage rotted away, and now the cruiser is out in the world. I didn't get it fixed, and its time for it to go. The Good: Its all there. Its all reasonably solid. All the glass is fine. It has a 4 on the floor, which replaced the 3 on the tree (by previous owner) It has a power steering unit. the floorboards are rusty but still solid. Comes with an American Autowire Highway 15 wire harness kit Has the rear jumpseats. has the front...
1969 Toyota FJ40 Land Cruiser - $50,000 (Crested Butte, CO) - Snow plow... now realizes it's a sin to use it as one :)))
=========== NOTE - These are not mine, contact the seller via the Craigslist Ad ================= 1969 FJ40 4x4 with 81,086 original miles stored in a temperature controlled garage the last 27 years (and probably longer than that). Three on a tree manual transmission. New clutch installed in 2018. Very little rust/scuffs. Vehicle is located in Crested Butte, Colorado and buyer needs to pick up/handle delivery. Snow plow and blower come free with the vehicle. (Snow blower needs a new gear and is currently not operational.) Selling the land cruiser because I do not use it and it simply takes up too much room in my garage and I would like to be able to park another vehicle in the garage. Make an offer.
1978 SOUTHWEST FJ40
I thought I could handle owning 3 Landcruisers, but 2 years of playing musical parking space under the carport and in the garage taught me otherwise. THREE IS TOO MUCH - - I AM BUT ONE MAN! I bought Zack 5 years ago to help figure out what my first rig (Zeke) was missing. Zeke had been stripped of many original parts by 2 POs, and Zack was a virtually complete rig, so when he was posted for sale I thought, why not? Well, that worked out great, and last April I sold Zeke to a fellow Mudder who gave him a good home and an unbelievable makeover (thanks Pat!). Two years ago I found my dream rig (Zeb), and so after 5 years in protective custody, it’s Mission Accomplished, and Zack is looking for another good home. I’m the third...

1976 FJ 40 Cummins 4bt diesel conversion project - $15,000 (Bellingham)
=========== NOTE - These are not mine, contact the seller via the Craigslist Ad ================= https://bellingham.craigslist.org/cto/d/bellingham-1976-fj-40-cummins-4bt/7535114096.html I am selling my FJ 40 project. The Cummins 4bt and NV4500 transmission are dropped and mounted. Swapped to some early 2000s Ford axels with a centered differential. Most everything is there to finish the assembly, I just don't have the tools or know-how to get it done. The FJ itself is in solid condition. Minimal rust, and what was there was mostly all cut out by the previous owner. Interior is in excellent condition. Really wanted to finish it, but I'm not much of a mechanic and I hit my limit.
Prescott, AZ: 1972 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40
1972 Toyota Landcruiser FJ40 with small block Chevy engine and 4 speed transmission. Engine runs strong. I just got it back from my mechanic after it had been sitting for years. Yes, I drove it home, and although it isn't for the faint of heart, the engine runs great. In order to get it going it will need the carb rebuilt, and a few other obvious fixes (clutch works, but could use attention, brakes the same, tires are badly weather checked). Just replaced: battery, fuel pump, air filter and housing, ignition switch and coil, fuel lines (re-routed). Other maintenance completed as well. See pictures for list from mechanic. $8000 for local pick up.

Hey everyone, I've been a long time lurker on here in hopes of getting my own fj40 eventually. I came pretty close about 5 years ago but then life happened so haven't really been able to do much for the last few years. In any event, I'm in a better position to buy and if I can find the right fit I'd like to finally make it happen. I lost out on another one to a guy who wired $$ site unseen for a vehicle before I could get to it after work last week. It's been a little disheartening to say the least. Seems like everyone either wants a billion dollars for a polished turd or there's a decent buy that gets sold within 10 minutes to a guy who has way more time and availability than me. Because of that, I figured I'd cast a wider net and see...
