Curious, was there ever a number of how many turbo systems were actually delivered? By that 104,500 number there were approx. 17 still remaining due to clients, of which I am one of.

This is not the experience that I've had with Joey.

I know he's had a lot going on with his wife (BTW, I am not a fan of her info being posted here). In the call I discuss below, I asked how his wife was, and he politely declined to talk about her situation. I respect their privacy and didn't ask any more questions.

I've purchased various things from Joey over the years, and like many of us lusted over his QPM solution but never got around to getting in line to get one (my loss).

About a year ago, I wrote into his site asking about wiring harness solutions for my 1994 OBDI, and instead of just replying to my email, he took the time to call me and share his knowledge.

My experience is that he's a deeply private fellow - with strong opinions about things, and is dedicated to solving problems - not just selling stuff.

I see many people have had a different experience than I have, so I am offering my experience for all to consider.

It is crazy that one can run off with $300K without criminal charges and open up another business and continue as usual. My guess is that the brother's name doesn't bring up any red flags from the credit card processors, vendors, etc so it makes for a smooth reboot of the business.

yeah, no...I wouldn't put a family member's business in my name knowing what happened.

I never had a problem with getting SMALL items from Wits End, but I know he screwed over tons of people, and that sucks.

I only bought a couple of things from wits end and got them both. The last one did take a long time but I did get it still.

Did you place any orders after Sept. 2023?

That's the timeframe where the debtors log appeared to start (besides turbo orders), as far as I can tell.

Mine were before that timeframe and small orders. Nothing big like a turbo kit. Just that poster that shows the knuckle breakdown for the 70 series(which is an awesome poster by the way) and the "prison shank" terminal tool. He sure did have some good stuff during his heyday.

I guess the silver lining is I can at least find those dang hose clamp part numbers again.

His site was good to lift part numbers from and then buy elsewhere.
