Who is using cheapie LED bars?

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate
links, including eBay, Amazon, Skimlinks, and others.

Why do you want a non-Amazon link? I doubt any of these sellers have their own sites, and Amazon lets you read reviews of the product. Not criticizing at all, just curious - I'm sure you have a reason.
They destroy your email like a foreign pharmacy Viaagra purchase:flipoff2:

Amazon does?!
I'll try them again, because I trust your judgement, but if they sell my email again I'm gonna put a 37" cooper on your hood:flipoff2:

I was thing of putting two 20"ers just slightly angled, instead of the curved 40" model? What do you guys think? The top front bar of my roof rack has a bent bar to accommodate this, or a straight one if I change my mind...

See I don't mind spammy emails from reputable companies like that because all you have to do is unsubscribe once and you'll never get them again. Now all those penis enlargement pill emails on the other hand....

Have a 20" amazon bar, puts out a bunch of light. Love it

im using the 4" light bars and the 14" light bar from mic tuning. the 4" pair was about 100 and the 14" was 120.
both are flood and work like a charm. I did open up the ends and seal them with RTV. other than that i love em. Ill get a 40" or larger spot soon to put on my roof rack.

I have an eBay light (28"). It works great - I haven't used it a whole lot, and it's only seen rain for water.

About to get my bior bumper in and I'm researching light options next. Who is using amazon units? Good experience, bad experience? Please post up your opinion, and links if you like them.

Virtually every no name light bar you see is all cheap chinese. Some are better than others, make sure they have cree bulbs. Otherwise, they are great.

I have a 40" from Ebay. I didn't take it apart, but I sealed the edges of the lens with GE waterproof silicone. It was less than $140 shipped. +$40 for the amber filters.

I have the 40" Amazon model. I paid $129.00 shipped with wiring harness. They shipped it express mail for some reason. I got it in two days. IT IS SWEET! It's very well made. On another note, I watched Rigid's video about their light bar production line. All I I can see are people assembling parts. If I was a betting man, I would wager they are parts made in a different country;) There may be another video of who is actually making the components, but I couldn't find it.

(FWIW, I have worked for a Japanese OEM supplier for 20 years. Don't be fooled by who makes the parts and who assembles the parts!)

Not me.....but some got recommended over here if you want to peek. GL...

Lots of cheap ebay lights on mine. All working fine and dandy after a year or so of near daily use.

beautiful rig. I also am using ebay Chinese lights with great success. All interior and exterior (4 floods and 12" bar). All exterior lights advertised as Cree for whatever that is worth. Just make sure to get the color you want as I feel mine are not warm enough

I have eBay lights from China. The light pods themselves work great. The mystery metal hardware that was supposedly stainless started rusting within a month.
