Which Tie Rod Ends?

Any suggestions on which tie rod ends to buy?

ccots, sor, somewhere else?

aftermarket vs oem?

Cool Cruisers has thier 5 piece kit on sale right now, $90 shipped.

Can't add any advice as to the quality, but they seem reputable so that's what I did.

I believe you can get them directly from Toyota. I just purchased new boots for the ends from toyota and was able to just clean up and paint the tie rod ends that were on the vehicle. I know they have the complete units also. JMP

Just checked with Toyota dealership close by and the parts guy said:

1 - don't offer a kit. Each one sold separate, drag link.

2 - I told him SOR's OEM kit price and he said that was pretty darn good so I didn't bother to have him price check the indidvidual pieces...
he said he'd get the kit.

Man-a-fre has a good looking set, but I think they're more expensive than the CCOT sale price. Google them to see if there are reviews.
