try a local trailer mfg / sales shop...or welding shop.

Where are you?

A local fencing company may also be able to help. It should be similar to what they use on front security screen doors.

You could try David's Trailers on Colonial Drive(if they are still around). They used to stock alot of steel.

Also do a search on chicken coop flooring on here. It might surprise you.

Well, I just got in touch with a few steel suppliers and the prices per sheet is a bit higher than expected :frown:

I'm actually debating a stained wood floor

I did treated redwood boards on my Tradesman I had on my FJ60. Rattled like crazy on washboards, but functional, cheap, and light. But wouldn't do it again due to the noise, though I guess you could engineer that a little better than I did...

by the way when you talk to the metal suppliers they call it "Flat Expanded" FYI

http://www.mcnichols.com/ has a wide selection of steel mesh (as well as lots of other steel and fiberglass material). You might try posting this question in the Outfitting section.
