Thanks for the mount tip @1911 ! Simple design, uses existing bolt holes, has a rubber pad underneath to protect the dash. Decent path to run hidden wiring. Looks like a winner to me. May have to pull the trigger on this! Two things added/done this morning:
Gamiviti dash accessory mount installed. I had been looking for a way to mount my phone on my dash, because my 20-year-old GPS that is mounted up next to the rear-view mirror is slowly sh!tting the bed. Gamiviti just came out with this dash mount, and it is perfect for me - made of heavy steel, nice powder coating, room for lots of stuff. It puts my phone at the perfect height; high enough to see it easily, not so high as to be in the way of my forward road vision. Reasonably priced for the quality of manufacture. Would definitely reccomend.

One of my Round Eyes headlights that I bought (from Georg at Valley Hybrids) 14 years ago finally gave up the ghost on high beam. Round Eyes are out of business/not made anymore, so I replaced them with some Koito E-code goodness. Was strictly plug 'n play as I had put in a custom headlight harness with relays and power straight from the battery back when I first installed the Round eyes.
