I pulled a 2F apart and found out I need a new pair of rod bolts. Bearings should be fine with a 3 stone hone?

Since I have bought almost every cluster that has been put up for sale over the last 3 years I have plenty of clusters that need be restored and put back into service. I created all the art work a while back but wasn't sure of a cost effective way to get the artwork to the faces.

After a bit of luck, I have figured out how gauge marks do/did this (not sure if they are in the fj40 business anymore.)

I may offer these as a kit if there is any interest. I am still working out some issues but it is getting close.

I think you could straighten those rod bolts out with a blow torch and a pair of Vice-Grips....Just say'en.

What they would do in Columbia or Pakistan, and it would run afterwards.

I've seen what can be done in the "Bazzar" with a bow saw, charcoal and determination...

It would require a proper heat treatment or it will not run for long.

Looks great. I am still tickled pink with the ‘77 cluster I bought from you last year. I’d been looking for the correct one for quite a while.
