I was busy over the weekend with maintenance.

At 30k I did both differentials, T case, trans, engine oil, and bled the brakes.

Several days prior to that I had some 17 inch Icon Rebound Pros mounted all with apex rapid deflate valves and some 285/75 Ridge Grapplers. Then a trip to my detailer for a thorough exterior clean, a reapplication of the ceramic coating, and battle scared PPF touch ups. While there I had him get rid of the last pieces of chrome, the side view mirror piece.

Also, in an effort to help my boys keep the back seats organized I hung some BROG seat back molle panels and found that a Hill People Gear Connor Pocket fits perfectly on the center seat back.

Signed ownership papers. The roadtrip from TX to ME will have to be delayed a couple of weeks. Any guesses on the cost of shipping an LX about 2,000 miles?

I just had a non running LX moved 1200 miles from CO to AR for $1k. But Maine may be different since you won’t get any “passing through” savings.

Other than the engine oil, any reason for you service all this with only 30k miles? Seems early to me.

According to the Toyota service manual the differentials are every 15k and T case every 30k if you tow, drive on dusty roads, use car top carriers, or have heavy loads. I do all that minus car top carrier unless you count traction boards and bikes up there.

Any issues with balancing/mounting with the Icon "Pro" wheels and their "InnerLock Technology"?

Is this for a 200 series? Mine is different.

Edit: I just checked and it's indeed the same. I change everything every 30k miles or so.

I've had my 2014 lx570 for 15 days. Front tint last week. 25% in Texas. Saturday I put rock warriors and 285/70/17 toyo at3 on it. Also started the led conversion. Chrome delete is next. Figuring storage and building out every day stuff to carry after that.

I also have a 2013 Chevy 2500hd that's I've had for 5 years. It's kitted out with on board air, 295s, all the lights, aux battery, the list goes on. I've never owned an SUV (other than my wife's suburban, but she won't let me touch it). So I'm in in new territory.

Welcome to the platform. These are amazing trucks that do everything well. What other vehicle can hang with the jeeps on the trail, the suburbans on a family road trip, and the range rovers at the valet line?

How do you plan to chrome delete? I’m trying to decide what is the best route to go myself.

They seem to have balanced fine, no issues that I can tell on my limited drive.

However, the locking bolts they have do require some extra work that my tire store was hesitant on, at first.

They need to have anti seize applied to the threads and a small amount of oil on the o-ring, I did this at home.

Then, you mount the tire and deflate it before torquing the locking bolts to 20ft-lbs. This is the step my tire place didn’t want to do, even though you can buy these wheels from them. In the end they tossed me some safety glasses and let me do that step with my own tools, this was fine by me.

Air conditioning in my 2015 was blowing hot air on the hottest day of the year. Dealership said the leak was from the condenser. Replaced that. Since she’s getting close to 120k they recommended new spark plugs. Did that. Replaced the engine air filter and cabin air filter as they were filthy. And changed the oil. Not a cheap day but glad to have it all taken care of, for now of course.

If they did the cabin filter I recommend verifying the recirc flap isn’t broken.
