I dont recall specifically anymore as to why I removed it but did decide if covered by box does not add much value so I set it aside which took some weight off.

It was a challenge to run one 4ga wire on the drivers side. Don't think you could get 3 of them in there.
So, what have I been up to this week....
Ok I have finally sat down and quickly drawn in CAD my camper box. So far only 10 hours sat on it but I think you can see so slowly what it should be. The telescopic rails are already there and I have treated me to the Engel 35 MT-V.
In addition, I have today the old fog lights thrown out and replaced by Osram LED spotlights. On the wiring I had to change nothing or I will derzeir nothing change. Only the switch for the fog light I will replace so I get with the German authorities no problem because the "work lights" and no "driving lights" are.

You might call if you want one. I think they manuf these on request once payment is received. It ain't cheap but a perfect fit for the slee terminals. I orderd one and I think it was aorund $80. Only took a couple weeks to get it.
For sure a single gauge thicker would be better but my switch control box is under the hood, so have to run individual wires.
I am seriously debating the under the vehicle, i will have more room when i remove all the AHC since i moved to king suspension all around.
i will try to run 2 4awg this weekend and see how it goes. Thanks for the routing tips!

Why do I feel like I am always having to reinvent the wheel on a 2020 LC200? Installing Bussman add-a-fuse links to provide triggers for the SP-9100 (Ign, installed in an open slot called ALT-IG, Dimming installed on H-LP LH-LO beam fuse slot, and Hi Beam installed on H-LP RH-Hi beam fuse slot). The factory fuse bars interfere with the outlet lead of the add-a-fuse. Aft taking one apart I realized that you could just carefully cut back the side nipple then bend the exposed connector up. FYI LP add a fuse holders just didn't seem to fit right.

Brian recommend re-gearing to 3.90 going to 34’s
I’m gonna wheel it, drive it and see what I think before spending the $ on a re gear to gain .5” clearance.

My LP add-a-fuse worked ok, but I'd read a lot of Amazon reviews of people who had issues with theirs not fitting tightly...

Hmmm. I think I have just connected some dots here. A couple weeks ago I added an ARB twin compressor and wired it using an add a fuse in one of the ignition fuses in the fuse box. At the time I noticed that the add a fuse seemed not as snug as I would like but I ignored this. I also added leads for my trickle charger and put the trickle charger on it for a week. A week later, when I started the truck, it had issues and died right away. It took a couple attempts with the system rebooting itself and acting weird. It finally started and ran ok afterwards. I went down the “My battery must be bad path” but it’s not and is fine. I so I was a little stumped as to what the issue really was. Now my prime suspect is the loose and a fuse in an ignition slot. Duh.
Mine also feels loose, but i've never had a problem with it...yet. If anyone has a part number for an add a fuse brand/model that fits snug, i'm all ears.
