Tested the roof rack on the 200 series. It’s a beast.

For real I finally made a long time dream come true with a lift.

Now I get to start a massive re-organization, but that’s ok. I’m a happy man. I think I may grab a cold beer, sit in a chair and stare at my lift LOL.

Very clean! I might need to take a couple cues from you. Nice touch with the extra split loom to clean things up.

Thanks. Your post inspired me to do this.
It was a tight fit but I managed to work a piece of 1" shrink tube over the 2 positive connections behind the battery to keep that metal part covered. Getting it over the 90 degree bend was the challenge. It is snug enough I didn't even put heat to it to shrink it down.

Swapped out my battery for a Deka 1131PMF. Picked it up at Lowes for $140 including a $10 core. Very tight fit. Made some modifications to the mounting bracket to fit in the edge slot to keep the battery from sliding towards the radiator. Did a similar connection setup to TeCKis300's install.

Interesting. I didn't know that Lowes sold batteries like that. Looks like my local one can get one for $124. I don't need a battery now, but that looks like a good option. Thanks.

Wife actually put all of these on "her" car. I guess (I have the 100 so fair). She's definitely into the offroading. Wants to get back there so we can put more of the Trails of Ouray 10 pack stickers on from @cruisergear The others she picked up in Silverton.

Finally finished Phase One of the 12v install. Today was more of a reinstall. Removed everything. Replaced terminations I wasn’t happy with, rerouted wires and mounted everything to the forward face of the drawers. Much cleaner, but not yet ideal. Phase Two will be adding a solar panel to the roof rack and installing a lift gate light. Phase 3 will be another full reinstall with better wire management/protective looms and some additional airflow to the space between the drawers and the 2nd row seats. Currently feel it’s a safe install, just not fully pretty or max protected. Definitely also need to work on my soldering skills.

I’ve stared at that pocket on more than one occasion. Nice 👌

That dead pocket with a false blank! Wonder if they use it in the rest of world for anything else.

Finally found a way to make that design element functional. I have spot throws in there which work perfect. Probably won't work with any other type of light that is more dispersed as it would be blocked being so inset in the bumper.

Great use of the space with the fogs. Too narrow on the 2013-2015's :(

Some of you probably know me for my other landcruisers. Well, now I have taken yet another jump in the Land Cruiser world. Brought home my first 200 series.
Made a stop at San Jacinto on my way back to Florida.

San Jacinto. I believe this battle was one of the most important in the making of the USA.
