The rear deck is module to work with Wolfpack boxes. Up to four underneath and two more or anything on the left side of the @TemboTusk Loadspotter Levitating fridge slide.

Do see a need for the extra pump they offer or is the wedge by itself enough?

I haven't gone out on any rough roads yet but the wedge itself seems secure.

I see what you mean about the nuts. I did torque them down after the photo. Still the front spacers don't look the same as the rear. I will call KSP to make sure this is correct.

KPS advised I use extended lug nuts so I got these from Ebay. Feel much more confident in the install now.

Found something to put in the extra tailgate storage. Battery booster and a (double) first aid kit. A guy can’t expect a lot of factory storage areas in a vehicle that didn’t even cost $100k.

Covered up the ugly center caps with something retro from Reefmonkey.

Definitely looks great.

Wondering where you would place this on the strength-o-meter.

For example... ARB’s Sahara Bar describes its optional hoop as “decorative” in contrast to the animal-strike protection strength of its full bull-bar models like the “Deluxe” (which we usually refer to as an ARB bull bar...).

What would you classify this as?
The center portion of this is definitely the toughest part but I do think it should hold up pretty well around the headlights as well.
this is certainly a slightly weaker bull bar than the arb however I believe the bumper and bar as a whole would hold up similarly. This is all very dependent on the point of impact though.

Had a busy weekend with some projects that were just waiting some time.

First up was the 6 Rigid scene pod lights. We needed more visibility for the rear and sides of the truck for our travels.

Next up was a drawer system for the rear. We opted to go with the ARB mid-height system and side fit kit. Unfortunately, I didn't read very well and see that this is literally the only system that the fit kit doesn't work for. Also, ARB does not make a specific fit kit for these drawers....so, I rigged something up temporary until I could get a permanent fix.

Now that the lights and drawers were installed I could transition to the electrical. I installed a Switch Pro 9100, distro block, pos/neg bus bars and a fuse for our Anderson plug that feeds to our trailer.

The other side we went ahead and hard wired our Weboost. I repurposed the 12V power plug to utilize the 2 amp USB plug.

With that done we could get to the Switch Pro head unit. We didn't want to have it in the way, nor in the sunglasses holder. Ultimately, I decided to see if we could magic it into the ash tray while still retaining the 12v power plug.

While I was at it, I finally decided to attack a seat issue. The driver seat left thigh cushion was rolled and causing creasing and discomfort. We got the seat out and I found that the seat heater stays had failed and the fabric had rolled. I used some 3M adhesive and knocked that out.

I think there were a few other things...but that's the basics.

Added the Redarc Brake Controller. Placed the dial in the ashtray area where I used to have my sub control knob. Moved that to the cup holder so it is easier to access. The compartment still closes so the blue light won't be an issue when I am not towing.
Also, if you ever wondered what the inside of your 3D printed cup holder looks like, here you go. I thought they were hollow.

@Ratchey I am pretty sure that my Redarc tow controller doesn't even light up if there isn't a trailer connected. Nice installation!

That is correct. Only stays lit when a trailer is connected and will change colors when the brakes are activated.

Dragged my running boards hard playing in this creek crossing. No body damage, but I better get serious about some rockers...

Doing some measurements it actually looks like I could use Trail Gear’s 67” weld on kit with some modifications. (I’ve got a welder, notcher, and bender, but this kit saves a good bit of work). We’ll see if I can get this done before our trip to Breckenridge this September.

I’m just glad I didn’t damage the rocker panel, the sounds of those steps bending made my skin crawl.

You should be able to fit the 69" from here:
They'll make a custom length no issue if you have a couple weeks to wait.

That's another good looking option too. I found a great deal on the 67" kit for just over $200 shipped. I can barely buy the steel locally for that. I figure I'll fit them up and I could even sleeve and extend them if I really want them longer. The plan is to gusset/plate them to the frame, and make filler plates for them to be a better step. I'll post pics/details when I get everything in and start working.
