I like the look of the gauge cluster on the 2018 LC200. I'd like it better if it was monochromatic instead of colored but it is very easy to navigate with the steering wheel controls and has the useful information at hand.
Yeah I guess I don’t pay much attention I had a 100 actually I had several Yeah I guess I don’t pay much attention I had a 100 4 100 series I like the 200 series also and I never look at the speedometer always just look at the miles per hour gauge I’ve had Aston Martin’s I’ve had Mercedes AMG every Porsche they make Acura NSX. I’m More into quality and reliability not BS luxury items

Arghh, sometimes working on your rig is like a home improvement project...
I don't know if you tried to get the piston out yourself, but you can still get caliper rebuild kits from Toyota pretty cheap. I did both of the rears on the 80 that way. For next time of course
The gauge cluster on the 200 is actually optitron (blacked out gauges when off) similar to the LX470. Been that way since 2008 except for the base and GX models overseas which has standard non-optitron gauges. The photo posted just doesn't do it any justice.
Personally I prefer the backlight color and gauge layout in the 2008-2011 cluster. I find the fuel, volt, coolant temp and oil pressure gauges on the 2016+ too small although the colored LCD is much nicer

I don't mind the gauges in my 2013 but Toyota at least needs an option to show transmission temps in the MID when ECT PWR (Towing Mode) is enabled. It's complete crap that we have to buy a Scangauge or use an OBD2 reader with a tablet or phone to see that info. The gauge is standard in the Sequoia, why not the LC?!?!
