Forgot to post pics! 500-mile break in period on the 4.88's is almost up, but so far so good.

Would like to know your milage if you have calculated it yet after the 4.88 install. I plan on getting them installed in December along with the lift and rims and tires.

Seems to be better, with the caveat that I have been driving it very gently after the install AND most of my driving is in-town, very little highway miles. But let me see how it goes once the break-in period is up.

After much waiting, I'm putting my 570 running boards out of their misery:

(Hard to tell, but the metal rail inside is completely distorted, and tread plate is broken).

I'm very excited about what's in this box:

After my first 5,000 miles rocking the Jowett Performance Oil Filter Housing w/Fumoto Valve, I finally got to experience the euphoria of changing the oil with it. It really makes for a much more pleasurable filter drain and removal.

Now all I gotta do is replace the OEM skids with Budbuilts so I don’t have to go through the rigamarole of dropping the whole skid plate...

Agree. There is something special about feeling that quality of build on a product.

Got home from my deployment and what do I do with all the money I saved?! Take the family on a road trip to get the bumper and sliders installed..... We're extremely happy with the work that the gents @ Slee did. I still need to install the Front Runner rack when we get back. We're progressing in the right direction with where I want the truck to be.

Took delivery of my 1st 200, an 08 with 126K miles. Very pleased with it, super clean inside and out with no rust underneath. No build thread for now, just weather tech and Melvill and Moon seat covers on the way.

Your work always looks factory.

My jealous face :smokin:

Thanks, I really appreciate that. It’s always a priority to try to make things look like they belong.

Since my LC aka "Atlas" seems to be the go to vehicle (rightfully so) for our offroad adventures I still need to keep my 3rd row seats. To keep some of our gear secure either behind the seats or putting it on the roof, I picked up a Pelican 1615 Air case, fits real nicely without about an inch of space behind the 3rd row seats. There is a long case available that will fill up some of that deadspace however I felt it was good to have the option to put oddball size items next to it.

Additionally, I picked this up. :) Thanks @Markuson for the suggestion in the hijacked medical care thread

Next...Rock Warriors!
This case looks like a good alternative if someone doesn't want to pay for drawers.

I will have to get my intro thread up this week, but so far I have put the 3M film on the full hood, bumper, mirrors front fenders and A-Pillars, door edge guards and rear splash guard as well. I got my window shade in the mail and will be putting that on as well. Cargo Net as well. Looking into the rear seat covers I found on here.

Which bumper is that? Looks good - do you have any profile shots? Interested to see how much is sticks out from the front.

It’s a trail tailor bumper.
