I had a BIOR front bumper on my 100 that was rubbing the fender and making a creaking noise. Lowered it by changing the mounting hardware to eliminate the rub and the noise.

I found it - it’s at the points where it contacts the frame. I put some nickel grease in all of those spots and the creaking is gone.
