Installed Weathertech DigitalFit Floorliners. Their idea of "tan" is closer to my idea of "brown". The upside is coffee and bar and chain lube will be invisible.

Leveled it out yesterday after installing the rear springs for a total of 2 inches of lift all around.

got my first dent :crybaby:

first pic is right about the time I was warned a few dozen times, second pic is me being stupid and moving anyways....

The big dent popped out, leaving two small ones, but dang I got some rash.

Welcome! I see you have made friends with my friends!

It did come W/ the rubber strip. I may decide to work with a shop and cut some off the body to get the bumper to fit tighter.

Mine didn't have the rubber strip.
And I bought it new from ARB in AUS.

All kinds of fun stuff in that building (hangar)!

I finished installing the DT Headers today.

No bolts backed out. Used new OEM gaskets, flange and nuts. And new Denso O2 sensors.

PS took 2 hours. DS took 4 hours. Pretty fast but I think I just got lucky. It's nice to have a CA truck for a change.

I use an X-Beam flexible head 14mm gear wrench, a 2" deep socket 14mm socket. Between the 2, I was able to reach almost all the bolts. I used an extension a few times.

I'm having trouble getting the lower nut tight on the DS 2nd cylinder from the front. The DT's make it even harder to get to the nuts than the OEM headers.

Noticeably quicker. It feels like I'm running stock tires again.

rock warrior wheels!!!!

1.25 jd spacers in front

need tires yesterday

i was looking at 285/70 17 bfg mud terrains

any other suggestions?

I'm selling the same wheels but if they don't sell within a week, I'm going to keep them. Anyway, I was pricing some tires today and I think I'm going to get BFG Rugged Terrain's, not LT's though. Not to confuse them with the Rugged Trail tires, these doesn't do as well.

BTW, where do you buy the spacers? I'm thinking 10mm spacers though.

just differentials http://www.justdifferentials.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&products_id=2368

you need to run 1.25 spacers if you want to use the included centercaps to clear the front hubs

or a 10mm spacer if you dont want to use the front spacers

the rears are not an issue without spacers

the wheels are too nice to use mild street tires on them

im trying to get 285/75 17 bfg mud terrains which would be 34" but they wont be available till summer july

ill probably go with 285/70-17 33"s

great deal you got on those sliders pipo!

I just don't wanna deal with the extra weight, money and noise of the LT tires.

Yeah, no shipping fees, no taxes, and a decent discount...can't beat that.

Not sure where it was..... But nice job getting it out!

Fan bracket bolt that passes through water pump sleeve. Yup, water pump comes back off to get this one out.

Resealed my leaky 3rd brake light.

Replaced the stock muffler with a 50 series Flowmaster (kept the resonator in place). Sounds exactly like what I wanted - not redneck loud but you can hear the exhaust with windows down and vent windows open when opening the throttle. Will run a couple of tanks through it to see if it helped fuel mileage at all.

I had the same muffler installed on mine (without the resonator) and it was the best sounding exhaust I think I had ever heard on a 100. It really does fit the truck perfectly. I recently installed the DT CatBack and love it even more, but it is quite a bit louder. The 50 didn't help my MPG's really, it may of netted my .5MPG more, but with rush hour traffic and living in Atlanta, my MPG's are all over the place depending on the time of day and what day it is. It was hard to gauge if it helped.
