I think the rear hatch struts are starting to die. I see on Amazon and RockAuto there are a number of aftermarket brands available.

Any recommended brands (beside OE Mr. T) ?

Thanks!

Main beam (take notice of the street light centre top of the picture. Watch how much the camera stops down with each succession of the photos)

Finally got around to cutting up the rear-most dissent skid plate to accommodate the long range tank, we'll see if the ~1/2" of clearance is sufficient or more is needed:

Starting to think about the interior build-out. Riveted in some velcro panels for seat-back and rear storage:

I use the remote start on my phone app every time I drive it. It came with a key fob also but don’t use it
Do you have to leave a key in the truck somewhere for the security system or does it bypass that somehow?

You have to get the right offset wheels and 1” body lift so you don’t rub
Makes sense. I already have:
  • Front diff drop
  • 1.5” wheel spacers
  • stock lc 100 wheels
  • 2” new spring lift in rear
  • Japan 4x4 Shock extensions new oem shocks
  • Cranked tbars with just enough sag
  • Feeedom off road uca’s
  • Extended abs sensor wires
Yeah, thanks for the heads up, I might need to move to 1” wheel spacers however depending on the tire, what I have could work?

Diff gears, Body lift, extending diff breathers, surgical trim on plastics and pinch welds, sounds like all that’s left. I want to replace tbars since they need slight reindex as-is and have 250k on them.

I have stock bumpers was leaning towards new oem tbars hoping they keep the plush ride.
Any thoughts?

315/75/16's?
AHC?

AHC?
I did AHC delete. The 315/75/16 are a little shorter than 35” so you would have a little extra room. I think 34.6”. The 1.5” spacers put you right where you need to be from what I’ve read. With factory wheels puts you at +25 offset. I think +25 to +35. I have the spc front arms which I had to adjust a little to not rub. I haven’t had to do any pinch welding or trimming yet. Instead of diff gears you can do transfer case gears your self, a lot cheaper. Some people don’t do any gears with 35”. If you do body lift make sure you get one with fan shroud drop bracket. Some people were saying they had to get steering shaft extension too. I didn’t have that problem

1.5" = 38mm. Stock offset is +60 so that makes your effective offset +22. 3/4" spacers will give you an effective offset of +41 and make fitment easier.
