I also replaced both front seats lower leather skins

A couple projects recently in the last month:
* Tint, shop had some metallic still around and I like the way it came out. I think it's 30% and matches fairly closely.
* Re-upholstered seats, L-Seat leather installed by local shop. (leather has tightened a bit as these pics were taken the day I picked it up)

If you don't my asking, what did the shop charge to install the seat covers?

Just so you know, those seat backs don't come with new carpet and leather! ;)

The carpet is good, but those seats? Wow!

Got a package of goodies from Partsouq this week. 2000 LC - replaced the hood seals. Pretty much eliminated the bouncy hood I would get at highway speed. Also replaced the rear washer nozzle that stopped seating flat.

2007 LX - added the Lasfit bulb covers for LED bulbs. The previous owner just cut holes in the originals. I did a slot mod for the wires. Also added a battery hold down, as it was missing.

I finally replaced the heater Ts at 25 years old. They were in pretty good shape, but one was very brittle, and cracked pretty easily when I took it out. I replaced all 6 hoses and all clamps at the same time. It was a tough place to work; I ended up kneeling on the front body cross member in front of the radiator. My knees now hurt.

Three tools I would recommend using for anyone else doing the job. A clip removal tool with a long lead like the one pictured. I tried a number of the clips without this, and it was way too difficult. The foam brush cut at a taper, to lubricate the inside of the hoses for installation. It makes them slip on very easily. The last tool is the magnet, which you won't need if you shove some paper towels or a rag down below when the clip connects to the hose going under the manifold. If you don't, and one of the clips slides down the tube, it goes a long way under the manifold (see arrow in second pic below). That happened to me, and had I not been able to use the magnet to retrieve the clip, I am guessing I would have been removing the manifold. o_O

Once I was all done, I drove it for a bit with the heater (back and front) on full, to make sure I did not have any leaks. I then decided to pressure wash and clean the engine compartment, to get any coolant off of hoses, and because it was getting a little dirty after winter.

Made if from the Grand Canyon to Arches and Canyonlands. Did a lot of hiking with the GF, then did Shafer trail and Potash Rd while out there. I know those are babies first Moab trails, but I enjoyed them. Also still had 2000 miles to go in a vehicle I just bought so didn't want to push my luck.

Headed up to Salt Lake City after that and stopped at a place I'm sure you all recognize...
Was going to head back towards Colorado and do Pikes Peak but weather had other ideas. Went north and did Wind Caves and Badlands instead.
After that just a day of driving East and getting close to home now...

The wind caves in Logan canyon? Fun little hike

Need to do those hood seals....

Did they come with the fasteners?
They do come with the fasteners. The old one will just shatter when you pull on them.
