Interior 168/W5W bulb to LED upgrade. There are 6 of these in total, I believe - one for each door's courtesy/puddle light and two for the license plate. The front driver's light was broken since before I got my LX 1.5 years ago, and 1/2 of the license plate lights were burnt out anyway, so I was happy to spend like $13 for a 30-pack on Amazon and replace all of them at once.

Put some 79 Series take offs on, got the set of 5 for less than one of the 17” tyres would have cost to replace
Are the lugnuts correct for steel wheels?
Looks like the ones for alloy wheels. I could be wrong as usual.

You’re correct, these have the flare and pressed on washers, I couldn’t wait to get the wheels on as I lost 2 tyres to sharp rocks last week and they were losing air overnight. I’ve ordered a set for the 79 series they’ll be here any day now

Installed the Loncky steering wheel cover. Verdict is still out on if it’s real leather but it’s way better than what the wheel looked like before. Probably took 3 hours all in.

Made a hidden winch plate using the Harbor Freight one and some 3/16” steel plate. Pretty fun project so far!

And lastly, finished up this cargo barrier. It hooks into the drawer system, and is easily removable. Went a little HD on the tube thickness (14g) but it’s bomber and my dog will stay back there in any crash I’d be able to survive!

Its a little softer small bump sensitivity and mid stroke. Also a little less vibration and heim joint noise w the hd rubber bushings.

I think the fcp is a little closer to what I want for city driving. Also, the icon stage ones in the rear seem a little small for a 100. I had one blow early on.

I got the FCP on sale so I would wait until they do another, otherwise they’re like $1200 (I think?)

Installed the Slee formed step sliders (Slee Offroad) last weekend; just needed a wash before I took pics. :D I'm really happy with the look and functionality, compared to the stock steps. Next up is the suspension, wheels and tires!

looks great appreciate the photo - have the same color LX and likely adding these down the road just need to remove the AHC first

Don't do it, man! AHC is great, keep it.

I've done all the reconditioning and adjustment - I still get random ride height/quality variations and at the end of the day I just don't want that level of complication in the suspension. Planning a trip to big bend - way too remote to worry about a busted height sensor. Also the LX serves as a hurricane bug out vehicle if needed - again don't want that level of complication under those scenarios. I understand it works for most. I am going with Eibach and new LC torsion bars so hopefully I won't be losing much ride comfort.

I'm sorry to hear that. Too many good AHC vehicles are getting gutted. Although maybe one day, those of us with well functioning AHC will have the most valuable 100's.

Heard a loud pop yesterday while turning. Also might have flown through some speed bumps beforehand.

Didn’t spend enough time figuring out whether or not the nut broke off or backed itself out. Anyway, great excuse to get those extended end links I always wanted.

Also picked up one of those NAPA compressors the other day. Looks like they’re finally available again.
