Calculations show about 140’ with a 5lb pumpkin. This is my first treb so I’ll be happy with anything over 125.
Sliders are White Knuckle Off-road. 10deg angle, with kickout. They’re a great middle ground between a flat step and a tucked slider. If I did it again I’d get the diamond plate added though, the kickout leaves a pretty big gap for little (kid) feet.

Replaced a main radiator hose that was bulged and weeping.
And then, finally installed the driver seat bottom leather that I purchased months ago from Wolfman/Hot Rod Customs. Replaced the cushion at the same time, so it’s nice and firm. Color is close enough. They are out of stock on the seat backs at the moment anyway. Next up will be passenger side and then new carpet. I’m thinking black or ebony.
My original cushion wasn’t in bad shape if anyone needs one, shoot me a PM.
I think you mentioned that some time ago as a potential treatment for mine, that creaks like a pirate ship all the time. Mix of old and new bushings and parts that need replacing are probably equally to blame, but I'll buy a jar of this at the Napa down the way and add to the "while I'm under it" project that's coming up.
I just stepped in from trying to clear a space in the garage big enough to get an LX470 in. Damn builders. A 22x22 is barely a 2-car garage. Just a couple extra feet in each direction would have been real good, fellas.

I’m installing new OEM TOYOTA front and rear shocks tomorrow, along with Old Man Emu 865 springs. Factory torsion bars are turned up a bit already.
Question: OME used to make one spring shorter, but I guess they don’t do that anymore. As such, do I need to use a trim packer on the driver’s side to compensate? I happen to have two Old Man Emu 10mm spacers on-hand, which are currently on the vehicle with stock springs.
Bought front control arm bushings from RockAuto. They are Ac Delco branded Toyota OEM bushings. Have the Toyota part numbers and "made in Japan" stamped on them.
Now waiting for the local Toyota dealer to locate the rebuilt CV axles before I start the job

I almost went that exact route, ended up going OEM Toyota from Cruiser Outfitters(which always impresses me, ordered Wednesday had them Friday.) Doing both No.1 and No.2s, starting tomorrow. Not looking forward to it, I did take advice from a thread on here about ACME rod for my makeshift press so hopefully that'll ease the pain.
